Restore the documentation for the public
WeakValueDictionary.itervaluerefs()method and apply the existing weak-reference lifetime warning to both reference methods.The Python 3 mapping-interface change in ecaab83 removed this documentation while retaining the method. It remains a generator in the current implementation and is covered by the existing weakref tests.
